Managing complex projects requires the ability to track a number of key project criteria from beginning to end, tracking change as it happens. Most projects also leverage & add to corporate Organisational Process Assets such as the Lessons Learned Repository, Risk Response Plans, Templates & the corporate knowledge base to name a few.
