“Thank you for the professional way in which you and your team carried out your scope of works here at Elliot Gardens. It is never an easy task accommodating this number of people and trying to keep everyone ‘happy’. Your assistance and flexibility helped tremendously in completing the task at hand. Thank you again for being such a pleasure to work with and we look forward to our continued relationship.”

How do we do it?
Projects exist because there is an element of the unknown – if there weren’t, then there’s a chance there wouldn’t be the need for a project. Because of this unknown element, project professionals are trained to address and manage ten core areas of importance throughout the life of the project. Amongst trained professionals, these are known commonly as the Knowledge Areas of a project and include;
- Stakeholder Management
- Scope Management
- Schedule Management
- Cost Management
- Quality Management
- Resource Management
- Communications Management
- Risk Management
- Procurement Management
- Integration Management

Our Qualifications & Experience
Look for these qualities and PMI certifications in your next project professional to ensure that your project succeeds;
PMP® – Project Management Professional
The PMP certification is an internationally recognised accreditation in project management and is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). PMP project management is the highest possible grade of project management in terms of depth of knowledge and scale of project and is largely traditional in its approach – lending itself to large plan-driven projects. PMP certification guarantees the ability to lead a large project in any industry.
PMI-ACP® – Agile Certified Practitioner
Leveraging the benefits of agile project management, a PMI-ACP certification is globally recognised and ensures a true understanding of the values and principles that drive customer satisfaction and outcomes, particularly in the software development space and projects that navigate high degrees of change. A PMI-ACP PM works with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, FDD, DSDM, Crystal, XP and other Agile methodologies & frameworks to harness the power and speed of the development team whilst delivering the desired outcomes.
PMI-PBA® – Professional in Business Analysis
Business Analysts are at the front line of most change-driven projects. They work directly with the customer to determine project requirements, decipher them, distil them, and translate them to the rest of the project team. Understanding the full extent and depth of the project requirements at the front end of the project is critical for the success of the project, and the team. Business Analysts work through the layers of complexity of business to determine existing processes, to translate these to new processes for the team. Their role ensures the scope is accurate, and that the customers’ needs are constantly met with every project iteration.
