Business Analysts are at the front line of most change-driven projects. They work directly with the customer to determine project requirements, decipher them, distil them, and translate them to the rest of the project team. Understanding the full extent and depth of the project requirements at the front end of the project is critical for the success of the project, and the team. Business Analysts work through the layers of complexity of business to determine existing processes, to translate these to new processes for the team. Their role ensures the scope is accurate, and that the customers’ needs are constantly met with every project iteration.
